Escape the city for a weekend of exploring the birdlife of Toowoomba and the scenic Darling Downs. Moving through a beautiful mix of dry rainforest, open woodland, and escarpment country, we will search for regional specialties you won't easily find in Brisbane. The main adventure kicks off Saturday afternoon with prime birding, followed by an optional group dinner and an exciting nocturnal walk. Sunday morning we'll explore a different site, followed by late-morning roadside birding. We'll finish around midday to beat the traffic back to Brisbane. As a bonus, you can arrive early for an
